Wick CE Primary School is a 4-11 mixed village primary school. Wick CE Primary School is a very popular school with an excellent reputation for high standards and an outstanding curriculum that gives pupils a breadth of exciting activities. We are very proud of our school in terms of its superb location, academic excellence and the community spirit that exists between staff, children, church and parents. We have developed many outdoor areas at Wick CE Primary School. The children are starting to enjoy their new allotment, wildlife garden, bike shed and the creative use of our Playpod. Foundation are really enjoying their outstanding outdoor area offering a playhouse, vegetable patch, performance stage, pirate ship, sand pit and quiet mushroom seating area. We have recently been informed of some more outstanding new developments here at Wick CE Primary. The school has been given the go ahead to complete the new £2 million extension to the school offering 4 new classrooms, new library and ICT suite, cookery room and 2 new group rooms. Also the school has been awarded £10,000 by the National Lottery to completely rebuild the swimming pool walls which will hopefully allow us and the swimming school to use the pool all year round. We will continue to be proud of our reputation and successes with all abilities and ages and our strong community links which spread wider than just in Wick. We plan to maintain these successes and are committed to improving still further whenever possible.
